Gold Star Wholesale Appraisal Transfer Process

For Conventional loans we require the following documents when receiving an appraisal transfer:

• XML & PDF formats of the appraisal
• Invoice
• AIR Cert (if available)

Please send these files to AMC@goldstarfinancial.com. Our AMC team will upload the documents to the file and issue the SSR’s using the XML file.

For FHA loans the case number will need to be transferred into Gold Star’s name. Most lenders require the following to transfer the case number and appraisal if completed:

• Gold Star’s FHA Lender ID 2410100009
• Gold Star’s Mortgagee Clause

As with conventional appraisals, we still require the XML & PDF files, invoice, and AIR cert sent to be sent to the AMC team at AMC@goldstarfinancial.com
