Complete the form.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
If there are instructions for an appraiser Enter them in the Text box below.
Confirm all the order details and click “Finish.”
Payment information if needed can be entered at the bottom.
Attach any documents you need to your order.

When you log in, you’ll see all your appraisal orders.

Easily duplicate orders
Click Other Actions then Duplicate Order to create a new order with identical information including:
Assignment information
Borrower/co-borrower
Property contacts
Owner
Vendor instructions
Lender
In the new order, select the form type and due date, then complete the order as usual.
