Ordering Appraisals in 5 Easy Steps

  1. Log in with your user name and password.
    1. Enter your Mercury Network username and password, then click SIGN IN.mceclip0.png

  2. Choose “New Order”.

  3. Complete the form.
    1. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

    2. If there are instructions for an appraiser Enter them in the Text box below.

  4. Confirm all the order details and click “Finish.”

    1. Payment information if needed can be entered at the bottom.

  5. Attach any documents you need to your order.

  6. When you log in, you’ll see all your appraisal orders.

  7. From here, you can see your order status and much more.
    1. Use the top toolbar to…
    2. Send messages.
    3. Attach documents.
    4. Place the order on hold.
    5. Delay the order.
    6. Duplicate the order.
    7. Cancel the order.
    8. Update payment information.
    9. See all documents attached to the order.
    10. The full audit trail is recorded for compliance.
    11. Edit property contacts.

  8. Easily duplicate orders
    1. Click Other Actions then Duplicate Order to create a new order with identical information

      including:
      1. Assignment information
      2. Borrower/co-borrower
      3. Property contacts
      4. Owner
      5. Vendor instructions
      6. Lender
    2. In the new order, select the form type and due date, then complete the order as usual.
